University Life-Part 2

The University of the South Pacific also engages in sporting activities with other local universities which can be seen as a good means of interaction between universities within the country. Such activities allow students from various tertiary institutions to come together and showcase their talents both on and off the field. I believe this is an appropriate way of keeping friendly ties between the heads of these institutions as well as the students. From my own experience, playing touch rugby for the university allowed me to make friends with students from my own university and also from neighbouring universities. It was an awesome experience and also a learning one for students of this awesome university!!

University Life

The University of the South Pacific is a very interesting and friendly learning environment for students of all backgrounds. This year (2010) is my first year in USP and the journey has been very challenging and also rewarding from my point of view. The structure of classes have been set out well and students are able to choose suitable times to attend classes so as to keep themselves updated with their course activities as well as other activities. The university also provides students with qualified tutors and lecturers to cater for the students learning journey throughout their time on campus. Students are also provided with internet privelages to allow for research on assignments as well as social networking within the university and also globally. Overall, the university provides a friendly environment for the academic advancement of all its students.
